Ladli Creations - Neither delivering saree nor refunding money

I had ordered two sarees online through the Facebook marketplace on **th June ****. Seller name was Bhadip Vallabhbhai Mor. Company name not provided by him. Ladli creations is the company name I have seen on facebook. I asked his mobile number (i mentioned along with company name) and communicated through WhatsApp. He mentioned total cost and shipping charges **** Rupees for two sarees I mentioned. I requested him to negotiate it to **** Rupees. He agreed with it and asked me to pay through Google pay Tez. I had sent the payment on **th June ****. He assured delivery within * days. After payment, I asked him to sent me tracking id details of our product. But he didn't respond to it. After * days, we called him and asked for the status of shipment. He was telling our order is misplaced because of the wrong pin code. But I had given correct pin code. I asked him to provide our product tracking id. He is not providing it. Today when I was checking his product brochures on facebook so many people commented its fake. They are not giving saree and not returning money also. Please help me to get either money or saree.
