- Negligence of medical treatment ^Open

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
Greetings!
I had a severe accident on **/**/**** near Khandagiri Chhak, I went to the Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar for the treatment. The duty doctor (name unknown )told me that there's a fracture in my collarbone and some injury in my leg and he prescribed me some pain killer tab and other tab also and to wear Calvicle Brace and Pouch arm sling for three weeks. After one week again I visited to hospital due to more pain in my shoulders and chest the duty doctor (Mr Mohapatra )advised me to continue pain killers medicine with calcium and some other tablet. After one month I stopped to take pain killers because excess consume pain killers is not good for health (as per source) , I noticed that I have severe pain if I won't take pain killers so again I visited to the Capital Hospital on **/**/** (Wednesday) the duty doctor was Dr S Naik (Orthopaedic Consultant) he saw my old prescription and asked me what happened, I told that I am not taking pain killers so I have terrible pain in my both shoulders and am unable to sleep whole nights. He rudely asked me why you have not wear Calvicle Brace, I told doctor advised me to wear at least for ** days. He suddenly angry and return my prescription without consultation. I wasn't expecting this from a government servant. I returned to my home without consultation. We're middle class family we couldn't afford super multi speciality hospital for treatment so we prefer government hospitals for treatment but this type of doctors behaviour really disappointing so much. They are getting for treatment of general public then why they are treating us like we don't have any value.
