I have ordered Rayban sunglasses from the AJIO site received on **th June,****
I have received the damaged product so immediately I tried contacting the customer care services from the AJIO.
They said please send an email with all the details, pictures to sunglasses and with the tag attached.
We haven't removed anything not even tag.
So we did send all the details in the emails accordingly.
When I mailed with all the details, they simply say it is not returnable.
Here I am asking to exchanges but they simply kept saying it is not returnable and wasted the time for a month.
My question is we are not doing any time pass here, ordering expensive product and you receive damaged one. It is simply a waste of time for us, if you can't guarantee that product will be in good condition.
Like this they wasted more than a month for me.
After sending mail so many times they are not accepting its their mistake.
On the ajio.com it is clearly mentioned that if you receive product it damaged condition customer service will help up.
This is a real fraud, may be people order an iphone or any expensive dress and you give a damaged one. Then they will say oh its not returnable.
We did talk with customer service politely but now this is too late wasting our time behind this one sunglasses. It costed us so much.
