rajmahal rental shop - need refund

I Booked A Rental Dress On RAJMAHAL A Rental Shop In Udaipur, In Feburary For Marriage.Due To Covid-** Pandemic My Marriage Was Cancelled .So I Requested To The Owner Of Shop To Refund My Money But They Denied To Give Cash Amount And Offer Me A Voucher Of The Same Amount For Future Use Or Will Deduct **** Rs As Penalty,But I Was Not Agree On The Both Option .I Call Them So Many Time And Request To Refund But The Did Not Response On Call In Good Manner.I Call The Backup Person Of The Shop Because The Main Owner Of The Shop Is Not Attending My Call Even After I Visited Store And Requested To Receptionist But They Not Satisfied Me.Our Marriage Garden Was Also Booked But Marriage Was Cancelled And They Return My Complete Money With Deducting Any Single Coin That Is As Per The Government Rule So Why The Store Owner Can Refund My Money . As We All Know Due To The Covid-** Most Of The Marriage Function Are Cancelled ,School Is Still Closed So Many Marriage Garden Are Suffering But The Still Supporting And Understand Our Situation.I Request To Consumer Court To Help Me On This Issue To Get My Money Back.
