NBCC River View - NBCC Riverview Booking Amount Refund

Hi NBCC River View,

My Name is Sudhakar Tripathi. Last week I Booked a flat *** sq ft at NBCC River view , Tower D* , **** and as per communication
I paid ***** rs as a Token Amount at UCO bank's Court receiver account Number : **** **** **** ** . , Branch : Supreme court of India Building ,
Tilak Marg , New Delhi.

I trusted it because it is a government backed organization.

Because of some personal reason i have to cancel my booking , So requesting to refund my token amount *****.
I talked to Avadesh Sharma ( Contact No : ********** ) . He is not not giving me proper guidance to return my money back.

Please let me know how I can get my money back.
