Mypartnerindia.com - MyPartnerIndia Fraud website cheats customers

Hi,
I want to file complaint against the fraud website MyPartnerIndia.com (http://mypartnerindia.com/) and its executives who cheat customers and rob their money.

I was contacted by the executive named Kavita Singh (**********) who was from Mypartnerindia on **rd February, ****. She sent me some good profiles and kept on reaching out to me and my parents for registering on the website post which she would share contact details of those profiles. She kept sending some good profiles to lure us and asked us to register on the website with a discount amount of Rs **** within which she will provide relationship manager service till I get married, and will share **-** profiles per week and will also communicate with the boy's family to get their response. Till the payment was made, she kept on reaching out to me to register on the website. Finally I made the payment of Rs **** on *st March **** through Google pay to her following account number.

This fraud lady is from Jamshedpur branch office. Her branch address is as below:

Post making the payment, the response of this lady changed and she stopped responding to our calls. She created an ID password on the website which didn't work after trying multiple times. When I raised complaint against it, she made excuses that it will get activated in sometime but it never happened. I was not even able to login to the website with the credentials she had provided. She stopped answering to calls made by me and my parents when we tried to reach her for the profiles. Some of the profiles which she had given were fake and wrong profiles . For some of the profiles , the boy was already married. Since *nd March, I kept following with her and there was no progress from her side. Everyday she used to give excuses and promised she will share the profiles next day but she never shared.

She didn't even resolve the issue for user id and password. When she was called, either she didn't pickup the call, either she gave excuses for having lunch or doing some personal stuff, or she was in parlour sometimes or sometimes not available. This fraudster lady didn't even had the courtesy to call back the customer . She reached office by ** and left office by *, neither she picked up the call within office timings nor post office timings. Whenever I called her post * as I used to get free only after * due to my office work, she never responded to my calls nor to message. She refused to pickup calls beyond * which was a disgusting and irresponsible attutude. Till the payment was made she was proactively after me to pay the amount and post payment she showed her disgusting negligent attitude towards customer.

When I reached out to her colleague Barsha (**********), she also showed the same attitude.
When I questioned her on her service, she started arguing with me and telling me 'Do whatever you want, she will behave the way she wants.' She dared to block me also when questioning on her service. When I asked her to return my amount she refused to it.

Such disgusting and fraud executives Mypartnerindia.com has. This fraudster lady doesn't have manners to deal with customers and talk to them politely. Had I known that this disgusting service will be provided by Mypartnerindia.com, I would have never registered to it.

This fraud lady Kavita cheated me, neither she gave valid profiles after registration neither she responded to us and behaved irresponsibly and idiotically. I want strict action to be taken against this fraud executive who cheats customers of their money. I want my amount to be refunded back. These frauds should be behind the bars so that they don't cheat people again and rob them of money. I am attaching the receipt of amount I had paid to Mypartnerindia.com, kindly help in getting my money back.
