Myntra - Myntra is not refunding my money myntra sucks

On ** june **** I have order a pair of puma shoe i have done my payment from googlepay. The transaction was successful but order didn't get placed. I called Myntra immediately they said its a technical fault and they will refund my money but its been ** days and mor megher myntra is not refunding my money and keep on saying wait for ** hours. Myntra is doing such a fraud to their regular customers.o
