For our first home that we have bought we were looking for a good interior designer. When we checked many independent consultants and reputed designer firms we also had visited mygubbi. Here we were asked to do a booking to avail a discounted price of **% which can be refunded if we did not want to go with them anytime.

After paying them the advance we observed that their consultant was least interested to do the design as per customer interests but was just trying to push her ideas and was very negligent. We as a customer did not like it and wanted to back out and then they (Gunjan and Smitha) blackmails that we won’t get our money back if we wanted to not go with them.

There’s more to the story which I will support with bills and emails further.
