I have purchased DELL INSPIRON ****, on Oct **th, ****(saga solutions, visakhapatnam). On that day itself, I got an audio crackling issue, we contacted Dell customer support through call, they ran a diagnostic test, took many remote sessions, constantly said there was a software issue, and updating audio drivers but non of them worked. The main problem with my laptop is that I could hear the audio cracking sound when I listen to music or classes over the internet(websites). But when I plug in the charger and listen, I couldn't hear the crackling sound. Finally, they made me re-install the OS, telling me that it's a software issue, but the issue didn't resolve even after re-installing the OS which was sent by dell through the mail, They even changed the speakers in my laptop by sending a technician to my home. My laptop is not an old one to change the parts, but still, I accepted for replacement of speakers. But nothing worked, I could still hear the cracking sound. They made us struggle for about * months. Then, they accepted for replacement of the laptop, telling me that it's a motherboard problem. They had collected the defective laptop on **th, November ****. I got the replaced laptop on January **, ****. I was excited and happy thinking that I could finally listen to online classes without any disturbance. When I opened the laptop and started listening to class on youtube, I could again hear the cracking sound(exact same issue as I addressed above), I broke down into tears and was devastated, I contacted dell support again and they were saying the same stories like its a software issue we have to re-install the OS, we have to run a diagnostic test, we have to update audio drivers, etc. Each day I am encountering new issues(along with audio crackling, which remained the same even now), again took many remote sessions, the new issues are: not working of single and double quote key, not able to hear the sound through the headphones and could hear the sound through speakers though the headphone is connected(they are solved now by them ), now I am facing Auto-shutdown of the laptop, * days back, My semester exam answer scripts were not saved because my laptop was shut-down automatically, I failed in that exam, for which they are responsible. I contacted dell again, Now they are telling me to Re-install OS again. As a student, This has turned into torture to me, calling them every time, because of new issues that are arising every day. I can't even study properly and I am literally crying every day. An agent from dell support called me about ** days ago, He had a remote session, that time he said to listen to the audio(or classes) while connecting to the charger for a while, their higher authorities will get back to me soon with a long-term solution. It's been ** days now and I am encountering new issues every day, I didn't get a phone call yet from them, I am scared to open my laptop thinking what issues would be raised next. Now what I am demanding is, (The issue of this replaced laptop is still the same as the issue I got on the previous laptop, I am encountering new issues, which making me depressed even more).**,***/- is not a less amount, parents sacrifices their comforts to earn bucks and meet their children's comforts, They are depressed now for not getting out of this issue even after my laptop got replaced. Finally, I want a refund from them, along with the compensation amount, for wasting precious time of a student, playing with me and my family emotions. I don't even want a replacement, Cause I lost hope in them, They had sent the defective piece again even after the replacement. Now I completely lost trust in them that they will send a good piece again. So I am demanding for refund +compensation. I am regretting now choosing a dell product, and out of all their service is the worst. The dell technical team is not trained well to bring correct and fast solutions to the new problems. I suggest the dell team to increase their quality of approach towards a problem
