They closed my personal astropay account with no option to reopen. They send me email as below

Although there is no such tranjection. I send voucher to my number after *-* months. And just after sending card they close my account and now also not giving my funds back.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
