I bought a new moto tab g**(*gb ram ** gb rom variable) from Flipkart on ** th April ****.The Motorola-Lenovo company only sells it through Flipkart so I bought it from there.Becuse it's new I rarely used. After ** days,I faced some software issues.But I didn't mind it.I contacted their service centre in Kozhikode and Ernakulam service centre.They told me that they don't provide any service to tablet because tablets are new and told me to come there. I couldn't go to the service centre because of my exam and class and their service centre is very long from my house. I faced some software issues like automatic open App and close app.I restarted it when I encountered more software problem.Suddenly It turned to fastboot mode and I couldn't off my tablet.It offed after * hours when the battery drained.The next day I visited Motorola-Lenovo service centre Kozhikode.They told me they never deal with tablet only mobile phone and told me would try to ready and gave a jobsheet for the software upgrade and told me you can go home.That day after * hours they called me your tablet is ready. I went to bring it somedays because some health issues.I checked my tablet I faced old issues. After sometime it's power button didn't work. It was like totally dead i couldn't do any with my power button.I reported it service centre gave another jobsheet.I visited two time the service centre.But they can't properly fix my issues. The service centre understood It is manufacturing defect and try to inform the company for replacement,but not sure. Is manufacturing defect that I faced first time onwards.I contacted Motorola-lenovo customer care and mailed them and told them their manufacturing defect.They told me they won't give replacement.I don't know what to do.I lost my ***** rupees. I am a student.I bought this tablet with my own money with my hardwork.I spent money for this tablet so there is no money in my account right now.I can't go more time to service centre because the nearest service centre is very long from my house.It cost per day morethan *** for traveling from my house. I visited two times to service centre.I have back pain issues I can't travel more and I have class and exams.I want replacement.Please help me. I am in depression.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.I humbly request.
