State bank of india arjuni morgaon branch - My car loan account closed by BM of sbi arjuni morgaon without informing me final amount

I had given written application to close my vehicle loan AC no *********** dated **/**/** and outstanding amount of same ac is rs ****** which is inform by BM.But at the same time of closing my loan AC, current AC debited with rs ****** without my permission. When I ask to BM, he said that precloser charges applied which is not inform me by BM before closing my loan AC.
