Tata steel ltd - My appointment letter cancelled while i resigned from my last company

I got appointment letter from Tata steel in Feb. ****,in April I ll join so I resigned my job in March taking relax in home. Suddenly mail come my appointment cancelled due to colour blindness. But now I still working on Tata organization since * yrs. Mean I have no colour blindness issue. When I urged with HR manager please do eye test again he denying me . After that i loss my job * month then got job in small scale industry. After that not satisfied with my job yet. I lost Cummins india Ltd job before Tata steel joining. No one accept this * month jab gap . That's why I want proof myshelf here and want compensation for my dignity and harrased, mentally torchering me.
