- Multiple manufacturing issues on new Tata Harrier Open
I purchased new Tata Harrier vehicle : Model XZA DT Calypso Red from Kropex Autos Sarjapur Bangalore on ** Dec ****. Very next day I visited the Service centre as there was manufacturing defect in the suspension system. Since then, there has been multiple issues found on the car and out of * months of ownership the car has spent *.* months at the service centre. The car has a major issue in steering as some noises come from steering and now a new issue of engine vibration during engine idling has cropped up. The below parts have been changed till date on a new car
*) Steering Pump
*) Steering Rack Assembly
*) Suspension Link Rod
*) Strut Assy LH/RH
*) Idler Belt
*) Steering wheel
*) Auxiliary Belt
*) Engine Mounts
Now the company is saying the engine is faulty and needs replacement. It clear that they have passed on a completely defective car to me. I have written multiple emails to higher ups in Tata Motors management but only get calls from Regional manager. It has caused me so much stress, pain and agony. I want Tata Motors to replace my car or return my hard earned money
