I had taken a flexi loan from Bajaj Finserv.Despite telling them I need a loan *l,I was given **.*L of credit line assuring that no extra charges will have to be paid for that extra withdrawal limit.
Fastforward * months,When I am in need of closing the loan of *L.I am asked to pay Foreclosure charges of *% on the **.* L itself.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
