Mpokket App - MPOKKETFIN loan paid but showing active and triple the amount as due

I had taken loan and kept paying on time and taking back new loan if emergency and like *-* months back i paid all loans and did not take back any. My credit score was decreased now I checked there are ** active loans in the name of mpokketfin.
