I have changed my mobile recently and requested for a loan in mpokket. They are saying that they can't accept loan request due to mobile change and they will accept loan repayments from any of the mobiles and they are saying that it is their policy. Actually, I have read all the terms and conditions, policies etc it is not mentioned. One more complaint is they are charging interest of * to **% per every **** rupees and showing *.*% interest in their application in play store.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
