I am Sidharth Kakatkar. Your agent advised me to pay one loan EMI and told me that when I pay my partial payment, I will get my penalties off from my loan accounts because I am suffering from financial issues because of my job loss in COVID and my mother's mental treatment is going on. I do not have my dad. We stay in a rented home. I have not yet paid my two months' rent. I tried to pay off one loan, but they did not remove my penalty amount. If you do not understand my problem, I am urged to file a complaint against you on the RBI website as well as an FIR, stating the principal amount of all loans and providing all proof.
