Colive Campbell Bangalore

I was living in Colive Campbell bangalore for past * year. Due to lockdown I have moved from Bangalore to my native On April. From April month till now I am there in my native and not there in my PG. But from April month till August month I was levied electricity bill along with the rent. Although we were not there in PG we were charged huge electricity bill. We suspect that the Colive PG has allowed someone to use my PG when we were not there in my PG.
When we complained about this issue we got reply it's part of policy. And from June month to August month our monthly rent has been increased to from ***** to ***** rs without our notice. We asked for the reason but there was no reply.
Even during this pandemic situation huge electricity bill was levied on us and rent was increased without our notice.We suspect some fraudulent activities in my pg during our absence.
I have vacated my PG on August and still I haven't received my security deposit. Yesterday we received the settlement bill , in that * months electricity bill was levied on us and Rs. **** was deducted on that and along with that RM charge on **** rs was deducted. Almost **,*** rs was deducted on our security deposit refund settelment bill which is not at all legit one. Almost from April month till now **,*** rs has been loss for us.
Kindly and help us in addressing this issue, as we are not getting any response or help from the Colive customer care or service desk. We were not there in PG but we paid monthly rent as well as electricity bill. We haven't used electricity, food nor any covid kit ,please help us to get our lost money.
