I had started using ICICI Pockets on **th March **** and for testing I had transferred Rs. *** from my ICIC back account. I got a message at **.**.** saying Rs *** was credited in pockets and in * minutes, that is **.**.** I got a message that it was debited from Pockets. I had contacted Pockets for * months and they are again and again asking statements, but not crediting back this money. I had also sent them a letter I will file consumer case. but no reply.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
