Aditya Goyal filed complaint against Airtel Payments Bank on Feb 4, 2020
My father got a 'Paytm KYC suspend' message with a phone number given to prevent from suspending the account. Phone No. **********. When he called on the number, he asked to install 'Quick Support' app from Google Playstore. After installing this, he asked what other wallets my fathers use. After knowing about 'Airtel Payment Banks', he made some transactions without asking any details from my father and debited the account by Rs. ***** in * transactions of Rs. *****, Rs. ***** & Rs. ***.
After that he called again and asked for any ATM card details to refund the money for which my father refused to share any card details. He replied then your money will not be transferred back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
