- Money paid 4 days ago still not deposited into Balance Not even Refunded Open

On *th June night,I went to deposit **** rupees into my parimatch account,paid the money to the third party agent,but no money got deposited into my balance! Its more than * days since the transaction! CAN U IMAGINE??? FOUR DAYSS......
**** RS....Time : **:** pm...Date : */**/****.....
And in parimatch,its showing that UTR is already used! That means,the payment has been activated! **** rupees isn't a thing of joke! That **** rupees are my hard earned money! I need the money within tonight! Its a really urgent emergency situation!
I have sent multiple complaints to their customer support with photos of the transaction with every detail,bank statement from the transaction date to today's date! Yet,neither the money is deposited nor i got the refund! They are harassing me so badly!
