Hi Team,
Kindly check, I have made * transaction on dated *rd November on Amazon.in using online debit card of Airtel payments bank.
But later same day cancelled it on amazon and on *th of November got message from Amazon.in that amount has been successfully refunded into my account and shall be credited in * business days in mode of payment
Its been more than * weeks I haven't received the refund amount from Airtel.
Sent several emails to Airtel Payments bank @ wecare@airtelbank.com but on every email they revert as amount has been successfully to Amazon.in and close the case.
