I am writing this letter to file a complaint regarding the non-refund of my money for the order of * pairs of shoes that I had placed on website on **th March. I am highly disappointed with the way I have been treated by company. I have ordered * pairs of shoes for ****/- and upon ordering on website for confirmation I texted them on what's app asking that if they will be legit or not, as shown in images, they said no for exact same pieces i need to pay ****/- to them and sent me a QR code which i did paid on the QR code via UPI. When I received the shoes, I found that they were not of the same quality as shown on the website. Upon informing customer service, I was asked to ship the shoes back to them, which I did on the same day of delivery i.e. **-**-****. However, I am highly disappointed to inform you that I have not received my refund yet. In addition to that, the behaviour of the customer service representatives on call and WhatsApp was highly unprofessional and rude. Furthermore, they blocked me on WhatsApp and nobody is receiving my call now. I adressed the issue to them when received a product i've asked them for refund as they have received the product from my end, they promised me refund but keep on stalling me by giving me excuses like UPI LImit Full, Share bank details (which i did details to transfer money), even in seconds, but they did not refunded me a single penny, when i've got frustrated then they started misbehaving and blocked me from what's app saying "kar lena apko jo bhi karna hai". I'm having all the emails and what's app chat and screenshots of all the transactions. I have not received any product from company, and my money is also lost. This is highly unacceptable, and I request you to kindly look into the matter so that i can get my refund as early as possible. I request you to take this matter seriously and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks !
