I added Rs*** in my wallet on **th March, **** through PhonePe app (screenshot attached) but till now it has not reflected in the wallet. I have reminded the chat service multiple times but no one responded. They have not paid attention to what the customers need and I am highly disappointed with the way my problem has been handled. Its been ** days and I still don't have my money back in my account. Can you guys help me please?
