Paytm.com - Money Not Refunded

I have purchased a HP Laptop in Paytm on **.**.****.
I have cancelled the order due to the Bad reviews of the Product on **.**.****.
However my Money has not refunded till date and paytm customer care people is not responding on my query.
After several follow up i have come across that the seller is not refunding the amount.
Moreover i payed this amount thru credit card and i need to repay back from my pocket.
I was mentally sick of this follow up and i was not sure that my Refund will be intiated .
Kindly do the needfull.
