On Feb *th ****, I have paid the full amount of Rs.****/- for the internet connection (** MB speed valid for ** days), but till now the service has not been started for me (its almost two months by now). On checking with You Broadband executive (Radhika) said since already an old account is there You people will resume the service on old account (*******) itself, for which I agreed and for the money which I paid (Rs.****/-). You people said, I will be receiving a cheque in ** days, but till now (more than **+ days) I haven't received anything, neither the service nor cheque. And need not to mention I'm the only one who is following up with You Broadband for the status update via emails and phone call (calls, which they don't pick up). Requesting Voxya team to help me with this problem.
