Techno Care service - Money not refunded

We received a number from just dial. The company person told my fridge motherboard is damaged so the new price is ****. We paid ****. Still, my fridge is not working I called LG customer service person. He told there is no problem with the motherboard and also he has not changed the old one. So I called so many times techno care company but they refuse to talk and also they are not refunded money yet. Even the address of the company in the bill is Dahisar. But there is no office in Dahisar. So the address is also fake. I have tried to clean from another no. It's a request to do needful.
