Shivam Dwivedi filed complaint against Phonepe And Sbi Bank on Apr 28, 2019
It happens on ** Feb ****. The sender who is also my roommate sent money on ** Feb. It was immediately deducted from his bank account. But the transaction was showing pending on phonepe till ** Feb. It started to show successful in phonepe app of both of us. But money never credited to my SBI account. The sender is a PNB account holder. We complain at phonepe, PNB, SBI but nothing happened. SBI keeps saying there is no detail of such transaction and phonepe says we got confirmation from SBI. Its been months and still nothing happened. I need that money so desperately. We did so many complain. Please help.

From my sbi Account money is deducted. I did transaction from phone pay. On phone pay it was showing its failed but money is deducted and not credited to receivers account.
