Hathway Chennai - Money looted by sales team Farooq and Vignesh
Bala filed complaint against Hathway Chennai on Jun 10, 2023
I received call from Farooq (**********) and Vignesh (**********) on tuesday (June *, ****) who forced us to make payment to them by promising to give the broadband connection on the same day (Tuesday). After receiving payment, they have not been responding properly and whenever they respond they end up saying the back end team will call and we are awaiting for their approval. If they are not authorised, why did they insist us to make payment and ask us to send back the other representative who reached our home for the connection process.
There are so many fraudsters and fake calls in the name of hathway and we are now not able to trust anybody. Please find attached receipt received on making the payment but no further prospects from there.
The backend customer care team has no idea on what they are doing for customers because they want us to follow up with these fraudsters to get either the connection or money back.
The complaints team will collect all details for complaint but won't action or provide resolution.
Hoping for a favourable response atleast through this forum and a quicker action to a customer who has been with Hathway for more than * years.
