Since the products were of low cost, I orderedd some of them. Cash on delivery option was not available, only UPI payments were available. So I used Google pay to pay and I dint receive any mail or any call or msg from Zopnow and till now I don't receive my order.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
