PVR at Perambur - Money got deducted while booking the ticket

It had happened two weeks back. My friend booked the tickets for Leo movie. While booking the tickets, the amount of ***/- got deducted from his bank account. The incharge of PVR at perambur told me that we would get back our amount deducted in a week and he asked me to book the tickets once again. We did it as he requested. I tried so many times to contact the person concerned but there is no proper response from their side. Till now we have not received the amount deducted from the account.
