I did a payment of Rs.*** for payment of my entrance exam application fees on *th sept through phonepe with SBI MOPS gateway. The transaction showed successful and the money was deducted but it did not reach the merchant's account and neither has it returned to my account. Either I get a refund or the money reaches to the merchant account. Please help
