Winzo - Money deducted not credited to wallet

Though it is a little amount but i am coming from a middle.class , i little amount.matter. On * December i have add rs** through Google.pay . i have my proof of paying . but in winzo app its showing failure. This case also happens to me before not received any refund from this WinZo app
