- Money deducted from Bank account but not added to Airtel Wallet Open

My money is deducted from my bank account not once but twice I added *** rupees in Airtel wallet to do recharge but the money was selected from a bank account but never deposited in the Airtel wallet and as I even try to see in the transaction history but the show me nothing when I checked the bank transaction history of their showing that the money has been debited and it's been more than ** hours because the supposed time that I had to wait to get my money back but I still haven't got my money back if I don't know when I will be getting my money back I even know there's a service request that please help me out and please help me what a what say what can I do but there is no help from the metal I then for the try to call them so I tried a couple many numbers are there will the number *** than *** **** and what server I tried calling but there was no response lastly I found a ** digit number aur where I called which kept me on a call holding for ** minutes ** v minutes the call was on hold did nothing and after that I get to know they say that ok all our customer at the offices of busy right now so please call us later after holding on a call for ** minutes they say this and this was also said by an IVR there is no human response at all I tried to contact them but there was no response at all I tried looking maybe there's a voice that could be Heard nothing at all in after the application when I try to reach the FAQ section when I tried a customer care section help section I tried couple many things but there was no response whatsoever from anywhere in fact when I tried to write to file complaint it was limited to a thousand words only and when I entered the thousand words maybe I wrote words like isn't or didn't so that contains an apostrophe so they said that ok this contains special characters we cannot process this and they did not even let me correct it this is simply back the whole thing and after typing thousand words all of them was born at once boom I have a screenshot of all these things all the trouble that I had to face and nothing nothing about it has been resolved as of now please hope I want my money back I don't know how will I be getting it
