I've booked a ticket on Yatra and money was deducted from my credit card. Also, Yatra sent me a confirmation email on this which I've attached below. Now, When I wish to cancel my booking, Yatra team (intobservice@yatra.com) is unable to locate my booking ( as If my transaction was void). And I feel this team is incapable of conforming my transaction and money deduction with accounts department presently.
I request you confirm my transaction and return back my money.
