Farha filed complaint against Yatra bus on Oct 21, 2020
Hello.
I tried booking a bus ticket from Yatra platform. As I didn't have any account, I tried to book it directly because there was an option available. As I went ahead, money was deducted from my account through UPI BHIM but the booking never went through. No message was received in this regard.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
