Coindcx Go - Money deducted but not credited

I have made a deposit of **** on coindcx on *th december **** and the money has been deducted from my bank account but neither credited in coindcx wallet nor returned in my bank account. As i talk to them they told me to wait for * days and now it has been * days and today i talk to them then they told me to talk with your bank and i talk to bank but they told me that the transaction was successfull transaction and no problem from their side but they are telling nothing. And do not replying also
