Mehboob Subani filed complaint against ZopNow on Apr 25, 2021
I placed an order today (**-April-****) and made a payment of Rs. ****.** via UPI (Gpay) and money was deducted from my account. However, I did not receive the order confirmation. And I wrote to Zopnow's customer care (care@zopnow.in) about it and have not received any response from them. Please help in resolving this issue and refund my money.
