While placing the order, portal excepts only UPI (no COD & CREDIT CARD) and paid through Amazon UPI but got an update as order placed by payment pending. After raising requests under zopnow portal by evening it shows as order cancelled but no update on money which was debited. Sent plenty of emails and opened * tickets in portal but no response. Hence, contacting via voxya site for resolution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
