I had purchased a car (Hyundai Grand i** Petrol ) with KA**AH**** from Blue hyundai(Shappire motors) New Bhel road Bangalore on ** Sep ****. The car is fitted with a battery of Exide manufactured in Feb **** . Now the battery is damaged and when i checked with Exide they told me tat the warranty benefits will not be provided since the battery started working after * months from the manufactured date and which is * months more as per Exide SLA.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
