I raised a request for mobile repair with Jeeves on *th May, **** and on **th May I paid **** rupees as service charges online, Jeeves Customer support team told me that my mobile will be picked up in next two business days, on **th May, due some emergency I had to go to Chennai and when I was in flight around *:** pm, I get a call from Bluedart team that they are coming for pickup so I told him that I am not available today, please come tomorrow any time, he assured me that please provide the OTP I will reschedule it for tomorrow, my flight was about to take off so in hurry I shared the password with him, on **th May, I called that guy to come and he said he will come once it assign to him, then after I called Jeeves support team for rescheduling and from that day they are delaying, on one day they said they have rescheduled the mobile pickup and will be picked up in next two businesses days, and when after two days when I called they said they do not have any information about it, they are ecsalting the issue, and when I emailed them multiple times, then one day they said it we have rescheduled and your mobile will be picked up, after passing two days, nobody came, and after almost one and half month they are denying and stating I cancelled it so it can not be picked up, I do not get any resolution then I am going to take a legal action in consumer court because I didn't cancel the request from, I have sent the email to flipkart as well and they gave me reply that they will help me but they are also denying now
