- Mobile Rejected for repair under warranty Open

On **-**-****, I bought a RealMe *i (*gb/**gb) mobile phone from a mobile shop, Dindigul district, Tamilnadu, India(******).
This mobile burst on **-**-**** when it was in rest condition(not plugged to charge and not used at the time of burst). Fortunately, no harm for me. I was very disappointed due to that and , I am helpless for the repair service now. I have already raised complaint on CallMe Service. First time they rejected to pickup my mobile with not clear reason. Then I escalated the mail again. Then they picked up my mobile after two weeks. Now they rejected warranty claim for my mobile with improper reasons. According to the service , company should pickup the product for repair , but they are forcing me to deliver to their service center for repair, in this pandemic period on July first week. I was very disappointed mentally by their services. I need proper solution for this issue. My mobile is under warranty period now. Note:- The reason they provided for rejecting warranty claim was "the mobile was extremely damaged which was not happened by explode." But Mobile was exploded so harmfully.
