Ivoomi Me - Mobile Dead within 5 Months

As a customer I bought a iVOOMi ME* handset in the month of March **** thinking that it is a OEM company. So, that its product may be far superior than others.

But iVOOMi proved me wrong, my smartphone got dead within * months.

I again believed in company and handed over my handset to JMV Enterprises, Jamshedpur, a authorised service centre of iVOOMi India.

But after few days service centre called me and the reply was pathetic to know.

They replied "Sir, please collect your handset and try at other service centre beacuse we are unable to repait it. The iVOOMi is not contacting us and we are not getting any support from their side. So, we are Sorry !"

Now my mobile is dead and I can't repair it because service centre has also returned it citing unsupport from the iVOOMi.
