i am using honor ** lite mobile, my mobile display was suddenly not working, there is no external damage, i given my mobile to honor authorized service center on **-**-**** anantapur that is kamal communications, municipal complex, near tower clock.
in service center they said sir we are considering this under warranty, offer two days i go and asked about mobile they said sir we ordered the display we need a*days time. offter *days they called to me come to service center , i go to the service center they said that sir this mobile was not considering under warranty reason was at last corner of the mobile one black dot is there, i am asked them when i am submitting the mobile that black dot is not there now how can it come, they are not given correct response and shouted on me , get your mobile and go we are not responsible for that,
