Sai shiva filed complaint against Mobikwik on Feb 19, 2023
I used mobikwik zip service and I repayed the amount on time. But I'm not aware of zip activation charges related rs **. They didn't mention any where before activating. After *yr I got a message about this zip bill they imposing fine and interest rate as they want now they are send messages to pay the zip amount of rs **** . I was not aware of this activation charges . Now it was reflecting in gpay to pay the bill. I spoked lot of times with the customer care team they will rise a ticket to solve this issue but not solving. Day by day amount was increasing.
Please help me to solve this issue
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
