Shiju KT filed complaint against Ola Cabs & Ola Money on May 2, 2019
My Ola account was misused on **th April **** early morning and book * package ride to consume approximately Rs ****.
On the **th morning, it came to my knowledge. I contacted old customer care and lodged a complaint. From customer care, I got feedback that within ** hrs the issue will be resolved. Today I received a mail from Ola customer care that they are sorry for the incident and they can't do anything on this complaint. It was surprising that Ola has all the information such as which account the money has been transferred, booking details, driver details. Even after having all this information why they are helpless or not able to take action against these cyber criminals employed in Ola.
It seems that Ola promotes these criminals.
