I ordered a product (Noise shots x* air bluetooth earbuds) my order ID is (*D******************). When I open it the case was missing there were no earbuds. I just receive a charging cable. the box packaging was also damaged. I complain about this to customer care executives but they reduced to accept my return request. They clearly said the seller nit accepting it. I experienced this for the first time in my life. It was really disappointed. Can I please get full refund of my purchase by doing this procedure ?
