www.goyantra.in - MISSING PRODUCT IN THE ORDER AND RECEIVED PRODUCTS ARE NOT IN WORKING CONDITION

I ordered a combo pack of gear x *g smart watch + m* smart band +illusion wireless earpods worth **** INR on **nd September with order number GY*****. I received the courier on **th of September. I asked courier boy to check the items in parcel before paying but he denied to open the parcel without payment. I paid him full amount and collected the parcel and when I opened the parcel M* smart band was missing in the parcel and other * items which I got in the parcel are not in the working condition and I am not being able to use them. I complained to them at helpgoyantra@gmail.com regarding the same with many emails but till today they have not responded with any solution. Not even they have responded to my email and also don't have any customer care number to talk to. Kindly help me and others with the appropriate action against this site and recover my hard earned money by them.
