A Vendor (S&Z Chikankari, Lucknow)has booked a parcel on behalf of Mona Manocha owner of WhatsApp group -RB Creation by your courier agency from Lucknow to Kota....Parcel has returned long back since *-* November...But the Vendor is making excuses the your company has not returned it back...I had tracked and it had reached Lucknow main but still showing transit....Must be some technical error...Pls help me expose Fraud Seller as he has taken my money and not refunding....And if some issue kindly send the parcel back to the point it has been booked-Lucknow
